At The Offspring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
